Guides to help you decide
What do we address together?
Implementations planned around your needs and the scope of each area.
Branch and dealer inventory
We bring scattered files together around one branch identity. The authoritative source for brand, store code, dealer group, region, address, pin, phone, URL, and hours is defined. We map the same branch’s listings across platforms and turn duplicates or unclear ownership into separate actions. Newly opened and closed locations remain traceable in the portfolio.
Three maps, shared operations
We manage information accuracy for Google Maps, Yandex Maps, and Apple Maps in the same work plan. Supported updates depend on account access, platform features, and connection methods. API connections, actions through platform interfaces, and suitable report imports are clarified at the outset. Central management does not mean identical features or simultaneous publication on every platform.
Openings, relocations, and closures
We handle new branches, claiming, and verification follow-up using actual business information. Address corrections are distinguished from relocations, and temporary closures from permanent ones. We discuss cases where account removal does not mean map deletion. Tasks requiring platform review or reverification remain open until resolved.
Centralized review management
We handle reviews in branch and platform context and route feedback awaiting a response to the relevant team. Brand-voice drafts, operational owner assessment, and contact with customers through appropriate channels where needed are planned together. Grounds and request status for policy-violating reviews are tracked; removal of legitimate criticism is not promised.
Comparable branch reports
We report the highest- and lowest-rated branches separately from those receiving the most positive or negative reviews. Review counts, ratings, and negative review rates remain distinct. Directions, phone clicks, and website clicks are compared using the same period and data scope. Newly opened stores or those with little data are assessed separately to avoid misleading rankings.
Headquarters, regional, and store responsibilities
We define who approves each detail and which reviews escalate to headquarters. Account ownership remains with your business, and access is limited to task scope. Changes, pending platform reviews, and upcoming work are reported regularly. Handover scope for the branch inventory and work records is documented at the outset.
A clear purpose and deliverable at every step.
From initial assessment to implementation, and from implementation to regular improvement.
Portfolio and access audit
We map existing profiles to the branch list and identify ownership, consistency, and priority issues. Platform connections and the data covered by available reports are verified.
Establishing centralized management
Branch codes, update owners, review flows, and report definitions are prepared. After checking the process on priority branches, it is applied to the agreed portfolio.
Ongoing branch-level improvement
We assess open tasks, data differences, and feedback together. Each period report connects to the next action list with owners and follow-up dates.
How do we assess success?
- Branch information accuracy and open tasks
- Review ratings, volume, and response status
- Directions, phone clicks, and website clicks
Every report states platform, branch, date range, data freshness, and metric definitions. Phone button clicks are not presented as completed conversations or sales, and direction requests are not verified store visits. Missing data is not counted as zero; platform measurements are shown separately.
Questions about Multi-location Map Management and Reporting.
Can map management software be used for a single store?
Yes. If the need is limited to profile setup and updates, Google Business Profile management can be the starting point. Central management is scoped for multiple branches, regional owners, or comparative reporting.
Are Google, Yandex, and Apple data the same?
No. Each platform has different metrics, update processes, and access options. Sources remain separate under the shared branch inventory; the proposal states how each action and report will be provided.
Can we see the best- and worst-reviewed stores?
Ratings, review counts, positive and negative review distribution, and unanswered records can be assessed by branch. Comparisons explain periods, data scope, and branches with few reviews; a single score does not represent the whole business’s performance.
Are branches receiving the most calls and direction requests reported?
Phone button clicks and direction requests are compared by branch using available platform data. Actual conversations or store visits require separate verified measurement.
Can all branches be bulk verified?
Platform business, ownership, and eligibility requirements are assessed. Google may offer bulk verification for eligible locations of the same business; not every portfolio is automatically accepted. The platform determines the final decision and verification method.
Which regions does the service cover?
We can discuss scope through our Istanbul, Antalya, and Northern Cyprus offices and remotely coordinate brands with branches in different regions. Each branch’s platform eligibility is assessed against its actual location.
What determines pricing?
We assess branch and platform counts, access issues, data quality, review volume, update frequency, and reporting needs together. Software, setup, and ongoing management deliverables are shown separately in the proposal.
What information is needed for scope and pricing in the first meeting?
The initial audit uses existing profile links, approximate branch count, ownership and access status, responsible teams, and expected reporting frequency. Workloads for new listings, relocations, access problems, and regular updates are separated. The proposal explains setup, ongoing management, and report deliverables separately; platform data and automation scope are clarified after access is verified.
