Investigate email sending problems at domain and provider level.
Email deliverability consulting reviews sending sources, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records, and delivery feedback. ReklamKlik improves DNS and identity alignment through controlled changes and assesses bounces, blocks, and complaints separately.
Let’s turn your needs into a clear work plan.
Pressing Send does not show that a message reached the recipient’s inbox. ReklamKlik assesses sending sources, domain records, and provider events together. We conduct traceable technical work to correct misconfiguration and explain recurring errors.
What will you have at the end of the work?
- Sending and DNS audit
- Controlled authentication plan
- Change and delivery assessment
Scope, delivery schedules and responsibilities are clarified together during the quotation stage.
Who is it for?
Businesses investigating delivery problems with business or transactional email. Suitable for teams assessing domain authentication, sending sources, and feedback records together.
Where should we start the conversation?
- Domain and DNS records
- Sending providers
- Delivery and complaint records
What do we address together?
Implementations planned around your needs and the scope of each area.
Sending source and domain inventory
Domains, sending providers, and transactional emails are listed. We identify which identities authorized sources use to send from the same domain.
SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration analysis
We compare SPF sources, DKIM signatures, and DMARC alignment with actual messages. Authentication success is not confirmed merely because a DNS record exists.
From and Return-Path alignment and provider requirements
We review alignment between the visible sender, Return-Path, and DKIM domains. A controlled correction plan is prepared within the provider’s supported structure.
DNS conflicts and controlled change plan
We list conflicting SPF records, old providers, and affected sending channels. DNS changes are implemented with existing records and rollback steps in a controlled process.
Bounce, block, and complaint assessment
Bounces, blocks, and complaints are separated by source and cause. Correct authentication is not presented as a guarantee of inbox placement.
DMARC monitoring, change verification, and reporting
We distinguish legitimate and unrecognized sources in DMARC observations. Policy tightening is planned using alignment data, and changes are reverified with sample sends after reporting.
A clear purpose and deliverable at every step.
From initial assessment to implementation, and from implementation to regular improvement.
Reviewing sending sources and current records
Sending sources and domains are inventoried. Bounce, block, and complaint records are used to distinguish authentication issues from reputation issues.
Controlled DNS and provider corrections
A controlled change plan is prepared for SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. Policy steps are applied after tests confirm legitimate sources are unaffected.
Verification, monitoring, and handover
Sample messages and DMARC observations are reviewed. Ongoing list and content issues are reported separately from DNS corrections and passed to the responsible team.
How do we assess success?
- Sender authentication results
- Bounce and block events with identified sources
- Alignment issues checked
Authentication and alignment outcomes are assessed separately from bounce, block, and complaint causes. Correct DNS does not guarantee inbox placement; recipient policies and sender reputation affect results.
Questions about Email Deliverability.
Do you guarantee every message will reach the inbox?
No. Recipient providers, reputation, list quality, and message content also affect results. Configuration and error sources are measured; guaranteed inbox delivery is not promised.
Do you immediately set DMARC to its strictest policy?
We first assess actual sending sources and alignment. Changes that could interrupt legitimate messages are not made without observation and a controlled transition plan.
Can spam issues be solved through DNS changes alone?
No. Consented lists, content, sending frequency, and reputation are also reviewed. Even after authentication problems are corrected, recipient providers’ inbox decisions cannot be guaranteed.
